I don’t know about you, but after a long, hot summer, I’m starting to look forward to feeling those autumn breezes blow through! And with that longing for a chill in the air comes a hankering for harvest cocktails.
Portland-based Wild Roots Spirits produces a line of 11 non-GMO and gluten-free spirits, including eight fruit-infused vodkas (Raspberry, Marionberry, Apple & Cinnamon, Pear, Dark Sweet Cherry, Cranberry, Huckleberry, Peach), and two non-infused base spirits (Vodka, Gin). (FYI, the pretty bottle art makes these a great gift!)
And this year, Wild Roots launched its first-infused-gin (Cucumber & Grapefruit), it is really refreshing! If you are feeling the fall like I am, here are four lovely recipes that will carry you from now through the holiday season.
