Smoothies are a refreshing treat all year round, and they make a healthy, everyday breakfast, too. From greens to granola to protein to fruit, smoothies can be spiced up according to your taste preference and nutrition goals. Tossing in superfoods, like goji berries, kale or quinoa, will help create a snack with added health benefits.

Try these superfood smoothie recipes to get you started! Simply blend and enjoy.

Anti-Inflammatory Avocado Smoothie

Anti-Inflammatory
1 slice ripe avocado 1
1 ½ cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 handful frozen mixed berries

Berry Superfood Smoothie

¼ avocado
½ cup baby kale
1 cup wild, frozen blueberries
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 pitted date
1 ½ cup almond milk
¼ cup walnuts

Mint Chip Superfood Smoothie

2 frozen bananas
2 tablespoons hemp milk
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
½ teaspoon spirulina powder
2 drops peppermint oil
1 ½ tablespoons cocoa nibs

Orange Sunrise Smoothie

1 cup almond milk
1 cup frozen mango
1 orange, peeled
1 date, pitted
1 banana
¼ tsp ground ginger
1 cup water

The Perfect Green Smoothie

8 oz. coconut water
2 cups kale
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup fruit of your choice
raw maca (quantity as direct on package)
1 tbsp raw agave

Cleansing Citrus Pineapple Smoothie

1 cup kale
3 celery sticks
2 bananas
1 cup pineapple
1 orange, peeled
1 lime, juiced
